Uncommercial transactions

Proctor Phair Lawyers acts on behalf of an extended family against a liquidator seeking to claw back payments made in what was claimed by him to be a series of uncommercial transactions. If the liquidator was successful the clients would have lost their family homes. After a vigorous defence the matter was settled and it was a very good result for the clients who each retained their homes.
