Proctor Phair Lawyers represented a client who was informed his position was redundant to ensure that it was a genuine redundancy and reminded his employer of their consultation and redeployment obligations and assisted him to achieve a good redundancy package.

Proctor Phair Lawyers represented a client who was dismissed whilst he was still within his probationary period to be reinstated in order that he may be provided the proper training within his job and be afforded procedural fairness.

Proctor Phair Lawyers represented a client whose employer was attempting to end his employment in accordance with a company policy and we commenced proceedings alleging that the company could not rely upon the company policy and this resulted in the company offering the client another position of equal remuneration within the company which the client declined and we negotiated a good settlement payment for the client.
