Consumer Law claim against manufacturer
Proctor Phair Lawyers acted on behalf of a client who had purchased a reconditioned engine which failed within the 12 month warranty period and the manufacturer was refusing to honour the warranty. We made an application through NCAT and the matter was settled with the manufacturer and the client was happy with the outcome.
