Proctor Phair Lawyers acted on behalf of a client who had been served with a notice of objection to discharge from bankruptcy by her trustee extending her bankruptcy by 8 years. We were successful in an application to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal obtaining orders that the decision under review should be set aside and the objection to her discharge from bankruptcy should be cancelled, resulting in the client’s immediate discharge from bankruptcy.
